📐 This guide is for you if you plan and follow up on the technical side of the portfolio: installations, statutory inspections, protocols, follow-up across sites.
Keep statutory inspections in one place
Create each statutory inspection, such as ventilation, lifts or fire safety, as an inspection with the right inspection type, set who is responsible, and upload the protocol when it is done. When the auditor asks, everything is in one place, with dates.
→ Set up a statutory inspection
Find installation data fast
Everything the technicians have inventoried in the field is in the Assets topic: ventilation units, electrical cabinets, shut-off valves. Filter by asset type, search by name, switch to the table view to see every field, and export the list.
Follow up in the Dashboard
The Dashboard shows how work orders and inspections are progressing across the portfolio and where the activity is. 💡 Filter by My sites to see only your properties.
Bring in inspection data from Kiwa
If your inspections are carried out by Kiwa, an inspection body in Sweden, their results and protocols can be brought into Vyer through its Q3web service, so you see the status of each inspection and any operating ban (an installation that may not be used until it is fixed) without double work.
Know the words
Inspection, inspection template, inspection type and statutory inspection mean different things, and the difference matters when you set things up.
