Knowledge about a building is often scattered across systems, documents and people's heads. When a technician is sick, on vacation or leaves the company, important information can get lost.
Vyer collects that knowledge together in one place, connected to the building and accessible to everyone who needs it. So technicians can work faster, managers can make better decisions and valuable knowledge stays with the property, not the person.

We believe in being close to reality, curious about how properties are actually managed, and close to the people doing the work. It shapes everything we build.
Our vision
We spend 90 percent of our lives indoors. We take it for granted that buildings work, that they lock, that the temperature is comfortable, and that they're safe. It's the property managers and technicians who make it possible.
Yet they work with isolated systems. Drawings in one place, systems in another, knowledge held by whoever's been there the longest.
We saw one of the world's largest industries, and one of the least digitized. Not a problem to avoid, but an opportunity to take seriously.
That's why we built Vyer. We want the people who take care of our buildings to have the best tools in the industry, and to have work that's as qualified as the responsibility they carry. For property management that works today, and holds up in the future.
