Vacse has signed an agreement with proptech company Vyer for digital twins in operations and facility management. In 2022, Vacse acquired the Mode 4 property in Skövde from Hemsö and in doing so also took over the property's existing digital twin.

We have been working on digitalising our portfolio for some time and it feels very exciting that with Mode 4 we will be able to accelerate that work together with Vyer. The digital twin will be an important key to maintaining high customer satisfaction while reducing our environmental impact.
— Sara Jägermo, Head of Property and Sustainability, Vacse

Vacse was founded in 2009 and owns, manages and develops properties for the justice system, education and public administration offices, with high requirements for building location, technical condition and sustainability standards. The development and management strategy is designed to keep tenants satisfied and to adapt spaces to their changing needs.

The company also has an explicit environmental and sustainability focus in its property management work, aimed at future-proofing the value of its properties through increased collaboration, reduced environmental impact and strengthening projects from a long-term sustainability perspective.

It feels fantastic to work with a property owner like Vacse, which looks after several of Sweden's socially critical properties. It will be exciting to see how our digital twins can support their work.
— Nils Berglund, CEO, Vyer

With Vyer's mobile platform, operations and facility management teams can visit buildings virtually and find information about spaces, equipment, work requests and sensor data connected to the twin. Being able to search for information and make decisions remotely saves time, money and environmental impact, including through fewer site visits.

Staff can also document information themselves, allowing the organisation to keep both drawings and other data up to date over time. The focus of the joint project is the digital twin of the Mode 4 property.
