Fryshuset digitize its property management with Vyer
Fryshuset is digitising its property management in Vyer, bringing technical systems, rooms, work orders and inspections into one 3D model.

Fryshuset is no ordinary property owner. From basketball and music in the 1980s to running youth activities, education and culture in eight cities today, the organisation is growing and building new. That places high demands on property management. The right information has to be in the right place, regardless of who is on site.
For a long time, much of that information has lived in lists and registers. Now Fryshuset is taking the next step.
Fryshuset is growing and we are building new. We have worked digitally for a long time, but now we are taking the next step, from system lists to seeing the entire portfolio in 3D, with all information gathered directly in the model.

A complete picture of the entire portfolio
In Vyer's platform, digital twins are now being built for Fryshuset's properties. Technical systems, rooms, work orders, inspections and systematic fire safety work are gathered in one model, searchable and available directly on the phone.
We have worked digitally in property management for many years, but a lot of information has lived in lists and registers. With Vyer, we get a complete 3D picture of the entire portfolio where the building information sits directly in the model. That makes information easier to find, reduces dependency on individuals and gives a better basis for decisions on maintenance and development.

Better decisions when the properties become visible
When technical systems, rooms and history are gathered in the model, the way decisions are made changes too. Thomas Widlund, National Property Manager, describes the difference:
The difference is that we now see the properties, not just read about them. With technical systems, rooms, work orders and inspections gathered in the 3D model, we make better decisions faster, and the knowledge sits in the model instead of with individual people.
Simple enough for everyone to actually use
A digital solution is only as good as the use it generates. Andreas Lindström, Head of Property Management, highlights what makes the difference day to day.
We have had digital systems for a long time, but it is only when it is this simple that everyone actually uses it. Opening the drawing on the phone, seeing the room in 3D and knowing straight away which technical systems are where, that changes the day to day.
Welcome, Fryshuset.
