"With digital twins we can see the actual conditions in our buildings from a computer at the office. We can easily check conditions and adjust levels remotely to make operations as efficient and sustainable as possible. It fits perfectly with Heba's strategy of strengthening management with a complete digital solution," says Ulrika Thorildsson, Head of Property at Heba.
Following a successful pilot project in spring 2021, Heba is now choosing to roll out the service across all of its properties.
Reliable information
Vyer's mobile platform makes it possible to visit buildings virtually to find information about spaces, equipment, fault reports and activities remotely. Being able to find out which spare parts are needed for a repair remotely saves time, money and the environment through fewer trips.
The platform also gives staff the tools to document information themselves while on site in the buildings. This makes it easy for the organisation to keep both drawings and other data up to date over time. With better access to reliable data, Heba wants to support both day-to-day operations and the planning of any renovation projects.
Data-driven decisions
Changes and activities are automatically logged by geographic location, enabling analysis and data-driven decisions. The logging also serves as support when the organisation needs to understand what in the building requires extra attention or preventive action.
"It's been both exciting and educational working with Heba this spring. We're looking forward to continuing to be part of Heba's digital journey," says Nils Berglund, CEO of Vyer.
