Fastpartner is aiming to digitalise its entire property portfolio by 2025. The company also wants to increase its staff's ability to manage operations and facility management effectively, using leading technical solutions such as Vyer's digital twins and property management tools.
With roots in a company founded in 1987, Fastpartner has long experience of owning and managing properties. From the outset, the company has worked to streamline operations and facility management across its portfolio — both to reduce costs and to protect natural resources. Today, this includes introducing technology that creates the conditions for ongoing optimisation.
What sets Vyer apart from other digital twin platforms is that their solution is focused on and built around the users — the people who work and spend time in the building, rather than the technical components of the building. We believe this is a winning approach and that Vyer can help us achieve our operational goals for efficiency and customer satisfaction in property management.

Structuring knowledge across the portfolio
Digitalising properties is about structuring and making information accessible to everyone who needs it. Digital twins contribute a visual context that makes it easy to absorb and interact with large amounts of data — for example by searching for specific locations and information, documenting changes and keeping records up to date.
Fastpartner's area manager Mari Lindau and property technician Rickard Silversjö are among the staff who have begun digitalising knowledge in Vyer's platform and defining which areas the tool can support in their day-to-day work.
In their digital twin of the Hilton 5 property in Solna, they have mapped spaces, rental units, vacancies, parking areas, installations and the key relationships between them.
It is difficult to keep track of our spaces when all we have is floor plans in PDF format — most of it has been in my head. In the City and Solna areas we are really working to make sure we have the right documentation. With Vyer you can then see both what the spaces look like and exactly how much area is linked to a specific lease.

Navigation and inspections in the field
The team has also begun using Vyer's platform to provide map support for functions such as fault reporting and inspections, with digital checklists and instructions linked directly to location.
When you do not know your way around a building, Vyer's map function is unbeatable.
