How to get started with digital twins for property management
Getting started with digital twins does not have to be a large project. Here is how the process works, step by step, from first meeting to a live digital twin in your phone.

Most organisations that consider digital twins assume it is a large project. Months of preparation, drawings to collect, a consultant to manage the whole thing.
It does not have to be.
Here is how the process works, from first conversation to a digital twin that lives in your phone and your team's hands.
Step 1: You share what you have
We start with a kickoff meeting to understand your goals and your starting point. You gather and send us the drawings and BIM models you already have, in whatever format they exist, PDF, DWG or otherwise.
You do not need everything to be perfect. We work with what you have.
Step 2: Our architects build the models
Our architects take over. They review, convert and adapt your drawings into BIM models built specifically for property management purposes, not construction, not project handover, but daily operations.
This is where the precision that makes the twin useful in practice comes from.
Step 3: You get access to your digital model
The models are uploaded to Vyer. Your team gets mobile access from day one, along with the tools to start keeping the twin up to date from the inside.
The building is now in your pocket.
Step 4: Your organisation fills it with knowledge
Operations and management staff can start mapping their knowledge directly into the digital twin. We help with bulk imports of existing data and integrations with other systems you already use.
The twin gets smarter the more your team uses it.
Step 5: Use it every day
You now have a shared, searchable overview of your properties, components, spaces, work orders, preventive maintenance and more. Virtual site visits before travelling out. Fault reports linked to the exact location in the building. A record that does not disappear when someone leaves.
Get started, and put that knowledge where it belongs.
