Vacse signs an agreement with Vyer regarding a digital twin for operation and management.

Vacse signs a contract with the proptech company Vyer regarding digital twins for operation and management. In 2022, Vacse acquired the property Mode 4, Skövde "Regionens Hus" from Hemsö through a company acquisition, thereby also taking over the property’s digital twin.

"We have been working on the digitalisation of our portfolio for a long time, and it feels very exciting that we will be able to accelerate that work together with Vyer in Mode 4. The digital twin will be a key factor in maintaining high customer satisfaction while also reducing our climate impact," says Sara Jägermo, property and sustainability manager.

Vacse was founded in 2009 and owns, manages, and develops properties for the judiciary, education, and office for public service, with high demands on the buildings' location, technical condition, and sustainability level. The development and management strategy is adapted to ensure tenant satisfaction and to develop the premises according to their changing needs.

The property company also has a stated environmental and sustainability focus in its management work, aimed at securing the property's value for the future, among other things, through increased collaboration, reduced climate impact, and long-term strengthening of projects from a sustainability perspective.

"It is incredibly exciting to work with a property owner like Vacse, which manages several of Sweden's socially important properties. It will be interesting to see how our digital twins can support their work," says Nils Berglund, CEO of Vyer.

With Vyer's mobile platform, management can visit buildings virtually and find information about spaces, equipment, fault reporting, and sensor data linked to the twin. Being able to search for information and make decisions remotely saves time, money, and the environment, among other things through fewer transports.

Employees can also document information themselves, enabling the organization to keep both drawings and other data updated over time.

The focus of the joint project is on the digital twin of the property Mode 4.
