Vyer's public reporting form also allows tenants to report issues directly at the location where an action is needed. The reporter first selects which floor it concerns, after which it is possible to pinpoint exactly where the issue has occurred in the map view.

The reports become automatically visible in the digital twin on the Vyer platform at the same time as a notification is sent to the responsible staff who can quickly order an action to the location.

In addition to making it easy for tenants to report the issue, the system enables faster troubleshooting and action, resulting in more satisfied customers.

Mälarenergi, which is responsible for the operation and management of the residential company's Mimer property Gasklockan, has started using the first version of Vyer's public form to collect issue reports from tenants this fall and sees several benefits with the new mapping feature.

"It's really great to get an overview of where the problem lies in the building. The one reporting the issue can take responsibility for getting it right from the start, reducing the risk of misinterpretations and questions. When tenants can receive automatic feedback and track their case, we will also save a lot of time," says Stefan Wahlby, technical manager at Mälarenergi.
