Heba signs a contract with Vyer for smart digital management
20 Sept 2021
Heba Property AB signs an agreement with Vyer for the coordination of information through digital twins linked to the properties. The service contributes to an even more efficient and sustainable operation and management.
"With digital twins, we can see the real conditions in the buildings around us from a computer in the office. We can seamlessly check conditions and adjust levels remotely to make the operation as efficient and sustainable as possible. This is entirely in line with Heba's strategy to strengthen management with a digital comprehensive solution," says Ulrika Thorildsson, Property Manager at Heba.
After a successful pilot project in the spring of 2021, Heba has now chosen to implement the service in all properties.
Reliable information
Vyer's mobile platform enables virtual visits to the buildings to find information about spaces, equipment, reporting faults, and activities remotely. Being able to find out which spare parts are needed for a measure remotely saves both time, money, and the environment by reducing transportation.
The platform also provides employees with tools to document information themselves when they are in the buildings. This makes it easy to keep both drawings and other data updated over time with the help of their own organization. With increased access to reliable data, Heba aims to facilitate both daily operational activities and the planning of potential renovation projects.
Data-driven decisions
Changes and activities are automatically logged according to geographical location to enable analysis and data-driven decisions. The logging also serves as a support when the business needs to understand what in the building requires extra attention or preventive measures.
"It has been both exciting and educational to work with Heba during the spring. We look forward to being a continued part of Heba's digital journey," says Nils Berglund, CEO of Vyer.
