The property owner Fastpartner aims to digitize its entire property portfolio by 2025. In addition, they want to enhance their employees' ability to efficiently manage operations and administration with the help of cutting-edge technological solutions, such as the proptech company Vyer's digital twins and management tools.

With roots in a company founded in 1987, Fastpartner has extensive experience in owning and managing properties. Since its inception, it has worked to streamline its properties' operations and management, both to reduce costs and to preserve natural resources. Today, this is done, among other things, by introducing technology that creates conditions for optimization.

"What sets Vyer apart from other technological platforms for digital twins is that their technology solution is focused and built around the users, i.e. the people who operate and reside in the property rather than the technical components of the property. We believe this is a winning approach and that Vyer can help us achieve our operational goals for efficiency and customer satisfaction in management," comments Sven-Olof Johansson, CEO of Fastpartner.

The digitization of properties involves structuring and making information accessible to all who need it. Digital twins provide a visual context that makes it easy to understand and interact with large amounts of data, for example, by searching for different locations and information, documenting, and making changes.

The property company's area manager Mari Lindau and operations technician Rickard Silversjö are among those who have begun to digitize knowledge on Vyer's platform and define the areas in which the tool can facilitate their work.

In their digital twin of the property Hilton 5 in Solna, they have mapped spaces, rental objects, vacancies, parking areas, installations, and important relationships between them.

"It is difficult to keep track of our spaces when we only have drawings in PDF format, most of it I have had in my head. In City and Solna, we are really working on ensuring that we have the right documentation. With Vyer, it is then possible to see both what the premises look like and exactly how much area is linked to a specific contract," says Mari Lindau.

They have also started using Vyer's platform to provide mapping support for functions such as reporting faults and patrols with digital checklists and instructions.

"When you can’t find your way in a property, Vyer's mapping function is superior," says Rickard Silversjö.
