What does a workday look like for you?
It varies a lot, sometimes there is a lot of office work and other days one is out in the properties to meet with operational companies or tenants. Relationships and collaboration are a big part of the job. It’s important to ensure that everyone is updated and working towards the same goal.
How do you use Vyer?
A: I use Vyer every day for several different things. Among other things, to obtain contact information for service providers, contracts, find energy classes, locate information about a space or installation, plan maintenance, manage authority inspections, and report issues.
It’s great to have so many tools gathered in one place. I also like the 3D aspect - being able to map out where all installations and rental objects are located and find related information. I manage properties from Ystad in the south to Trollhättan in the north, which helps me a lot to avoid having to go to the properties every time.

How do you work with issue reporting?
A: I create and deliver QR codes that tenants can use to report issues. I then keep track of incoming reports and help coordinate with the operations so that our tenants always receive good feedback and action.
How do you work with maintenance in Vyer?
A: If I see that an installation has received many reports in a short time, I create a case and flag it for next year's budget work using a tag I created "Budget 2026". By adding priority and continuously collecting quotes, there’s more information in place when it’s needed later on.
What impact do you see digitalization having on management work?
A: We cannot continue with paper and pen any longer; we need to have good information digitally compiled and accessible and get an updated picture of which of our properties needs more focus each day.
Do you have any questions for me?
A: Not really, I can only say that I am extremely satisfied with you and impressed by how you work. Even though I come with thousands of demands and questions, you are always available and cooperative. That’s really good.
